My coaching philosophy:

In order to make a lifestyle change, (whether it is on a physical, emotional, mental or spiritual level of well-being) it is first necessary to set goals. Secondly, after following S.M.A.R.T. (specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and timely) the acronym for goal setting, the person who seeks a lifestyle change must hold themselves accountable. In order to do so, honesty and integrity as virtues come into play.
